Wervingsdagen
The Committee Wervingsdagen organises the Wervingsdagen, the biggest career event of the TU/e, with 8 other student associatons on a yearly basis. The Wervingsdagen are divided in different parts: the “Skill Sessions”, the “Career Expo”, and the “Interviewing days”. This year, Thor is represented by Teun van den Biggelaar.

Skill Sessions
During this week all kinds of workshops and addresses are being held, these regard mostly to a common theme on how to apply for a job.
Career Expo
On this day, which is held in February, there are more than 60 companies presenting themselves to the students. They do this by giving speaches in the Auditorium or they have a stand there.
Interviewing days
Students that have handed over their Curriculum Vitae can have an orientating interview with a participating company or apply for a job. This year, these interviews are held this in the Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne.
The committee
To make sure all these events go smoothly there has to be organised a lot. Every year a group of 8 to 9 students with individual roles takes part of this committee. You learn a lot about contacts with companies, working together with students of other faculties and organising events. Because of this diversity the committee work is very fun and educating.
